Your Buying Office in China

Supplier verification, price negotiation, pre-shipment inspection and consolidated shipping — handled by an industrial company that knows what it is looking at, not a call centre that only forwards messages.

Why a sourcing partner

You Already Know What You Want to Buy. The Problem Is Buying It Safely.

Most overseas buyers do not fail in China because they cannot find a supplier. They fail because the supplier they found subcontracted the job, the specification drifted between the sample and the batch, and the first person to notice was the customer at the other end.

We are not a marketplace and not a forwarding agent. We are an electromechanical company in Nantong that buys from Chinese factories every week, so we can judge whether the price you were quoted is realistic, whether the tolerances you asked for are actually being held, and whether the goods in the carton match the drawing you sent.

  • Written sourcing report before you spend anything
  • Commission disclosed in writing — no hidden margin on the goods
  • Inspection report with photos before the goods are released
  • One consolidated shipment and one invoice, however many suppliers
What we handle

Four Jobs, One Partner

Take the whole chain or just the part you are missing. Plenty of clients already have a supplier and only want the inspection and consolidation.

Who this is for

If Any of These Sounds Like You

Our sourcing work is built around buyers who order in tens and hundreds, not containers of one commodity. That is why we will take a job other agents turn down.

How it works

From Your List to Your Door

You approve at three points: the supplier, the price, and the inspected goods. Nothing happens without your written go-ahead.

Fees

How We Charge — In Writing, Up Front

The single most common complaint about sourcing agents is not knowing what the agent actually earns. Ours is deliberately simple: 5% of the purchase value as our service commission, plus a 2% inspection fee. Everything else is either included or charged at cost.

What you getHow it is chargedNotes

In short: 5% of the purchase value plus a 2% inspection fee — about 7% on a typical order, charged on the FOB value and confirmed in writing before you approve anything. Unusual jobs — several suppliers on one order, bespoke testing, tooling management, site attendance or a long-term retainer — are discussed and quoted case by case. We do not add a margin to the supplier's price, and any rebate we receive from a supplier is credited back to your account.

What you receive

A Paper Trail, Not Just Promises

Every stage produces a document you keep. If a dispute ever happens — with us or with a factory — you are holding evidence rather than a chat history.

What to send us first

  • Product name, brand or model number
  • A photo, link or drawing of the item
  • Quantity for the trial order and per year
  • Any specification, certification or packaging rule you must meet
  • Your target landed price and deadline, if you have one

Missing most of this? Send the product photo and quantity. We will come back with questions — that first exchange is free and it is where most of the value is.
